"Thank You for Not Judging Me & Thank You for Supporting Me" and How It Can Make The World A Better Place

"Thank you for not judging me."

I never knew it was that much important for a person to have a feeling of not being misjudged. I never knew it is important to have a person who did not prejudiced. All I have understood at the time was that she was going through a process of figuring out herself and her life.

"Thank you for always supporting me."

It does not feel good to be unsupported over something that is not wrong. It can lead to a whole demotivation and discouragement.

---

I was often contemplating why it is with 7 billion of human being - 7 billion most creative problem solvers in the entire earth- we still have unsolved problems like hunger, education, inequality, and others.

It came to me that one of the reason is because of our nature of conforming. Conformity, the tendency to follow a usual standard set by a group or society, is essential to our survival as a social creature.

Conformity is attained. One has to do of what is expected by the group or society in order to be part of it.

Conformity is maintained. One has work up their 'fitting' reputation in order to keep being considered as a part of a group or society.

The fact that conformity is attained and maintained has led us to be the most self-centered creature existing. Many of our time are spent to build reputation to conform our considered group or society.

So how does this can be a solution for a better world?

The amount of time we 'care enough' to attain and maintain conformity is the key.

When One feels accepted enough or carefree enough about conformity, one will focus less on building reputation and have more time to think about other things. Thinking and caring about their family, friends, society, other creatures, or the world in general.

As they have feel good about themselves, they will start considering how to help others to have as wonderful life as theirs, even how to make it better.

Can we contribute to that?

Yes and yes and yes.

Acknowledge, do not judge, accept, respect, support, and motivate them.

Once they feel it, you'll see them being a better self and being one who will eventually be a problem solver for many of the problems that we have.

Who knows without you knowing, you'll be one of those who they'll say "Thank you for not judging me and supporting me." to.
